Terms of payment
strictly net payable 30 days from invoice date.

Waters
Lighting will charge 5% interest per month on all overdue
accounts.

The title and
property in the goods supplied shall remain vested in the vendor
and shall not pass to the purchaser until such time as
payment in full shall have been made by the purchaser in respect
thereof. The goods shall be at the entire risk of the purchaser for
all purposes as from the date of delivery.

All prices are
subject to alteration without prior notice, being related to
fluctuations in the cost of raw materials.

Prices are
subject to VAT at the applicable rate.

Claims for loss,
breakage or faulty goods will be void unless made in writing within
three days of receipt.

Carriage is
charged at cost.

Where no
customer A/C arrangements are in operation, transactions will be
conducted on a payment by pro-forma invoice basis before goods are
despatched. Waters Lighting reserves the right to modify,
improve or bring up to date any design without prior notice.

All measurements
given are approximate.

Waters
Lighting will not be held responsible for failure of
unsatisfactory performance of any of its fittings or accessories due
to improper or incorrect fixing or the fitting of any retro-equipment,
electrical or otherwise which is unsuitable. Further more, Waters
Lighting will not be held responsible for undue or premature wear
or tear, due to poor irregular maintenance and/or misuse caused by
situating any of its equipment in an environment conductive to
excessive corrosion rates or to its destruction.

Waters Lighting
will guarantee the workmanship and materials used in the
construction of its lanterns but not the ancillary equipment fitted
at customers request i.e. photo cells - lamps - control gear.
